	10th November 2003 PRESS RELEASE GREEN PARTY WELCOMES BOOTERSTOWN PLANNING DECISION The Green Party has welcomed the decision by An Bord Pleanála to refuse planning permission for apartments beside the Booterstown bird sanctuary in Dublin. "I’m delighted with the news," stated local Green Party TD Ciarán Cuffe this afternoon. Mr. Cuffe had made submissions to An Bord Pleanála, arguing that the scheme be refused. "The proposal was too close to the bird marsh and would have obstructed the view across Dublin Bay from the Rock Road. ENDS/
